New website offers insights into our expertise and service

Wafilin Systems has just launched its revamped website. The site content is now complemented with the knowledge and experience of the Masters in Membrains. We’ve improved the navigation and menu structure to help visitors find what they are looking for. With this new website, visitors will have even better access to the latest information on our membrane filtration solutions.

Sharing our knowledge

Our mission is to help companies in the dairy and food industries with the design of membrane solutions, with a focus on water reuse, energy savings and/or recovery of valuable ingredients. We do this using our Full-circle approach, with independent selection of the optimal membrane and process design for the client. The new website reinforces this service and expertise. It also improves the accessibility and visibility of the various service components and the added value of our membrane filtration solutions.

More than just R&D

Jos van Dalfsen, R&D manager, explains the need for developing a new website: “We noticed that people do not always have a clear picture of Wafilin Systems. Our passion, knowledge and facilities only became visible when clients visited our offices and applications centres. Especially in times of limited physical contact and visits, it is important that our website conveys this image as well.” To give visitors insight into the unique Wafilin Systems procedures and service, the new website emphasize our Full-circle approach. This way, people know exactly what kind of organisation they will be working with. Our after-sales service is also featured, because we want to demonstrate our involvement after delivery and the importance we place on maintenance and optimal performance.

Specialists sharing membrane knowledge

The website is intended to highlight our expertise and service in membrane filtration solutions – from research to after-sales service. In-depth case studies of Wafilin Systems give prospective clients a better idea of the range of possibilities. New case studies further illustrate what our Masters in Membrains can create and what our clients can achieve. Visitors will eventually get a better idea of our membrane solutions, and can assess whether this matches the criteria of the their process demands and quality standards.

Feasibility advice

As an additional service, we have incorporated a Feasibility Check. This invites visitors to take a next step and start the Full Circle journey through our website. They get the opportunity to receive advice on the feasibility of a membrane solution and to get in contact with one of our experts.

Forging ahead with optimisation and content creation

We will continue to optimise the new website and add new content. This includes posting new case studies, to share even more of our accomplishments. Behind the scenes, we work on a virtual database, to make our membrane knowledge accessible to everyone. So it’s certainly worthwhile to keep visiting the site.
